The first treatment can last for 1 hour & 15 min as this includes a 15-20 minutes consultation to go through medical history and any past or current injuries. This is then followed by a session of acupuncture which is then followed by a body alignment and or joint manipulation and depending on the extent of the injury or illness, then finished off with a massage.

Follow-up treatments do not include the consultation so will only last 1 hour. These are continued treatments from previous sessions. This will include body alignment, Visceral & Cranial therapy. Certain injuries or illnesses will require more than one treatment.

Moxibustion is a form of therapy that involves the burning of a moxa stick where the heat of the stick is applied to the base of the mother’s foot to create heat in the body and encourages the baby to turn.
